Trusts can be very complex and difficult to understand; they come in a wide variety of different forms and can be set up in many differing situations. Some of the more common types of trusts include an asset protection trust, charitable trust, constructive trust, implied trust, living trust, testamentary trust, and many others. These trusts have different benefits and some trusts aren´t for everybody, so it is very important to contact your attorney and discuss with him which type is for you.
