Estate Planning Questionnaire

Many lawyers and financial planners offer an estate planning questionnaire to assist clients in organizing their financial future. Estate plans try to account for all financial assets now in order to account for them after the time of death. Questionnaires will ask for information on all possible financial assets including real estate, bank accounts and any other investments. A quick description of the asset, title listing, purchase price and market value are typical questions to be answered, and a list of potential beneficiaries and special instructions will also be included.
