Without Warrant

Arrest warrants are orders from the court giving police the right to arrest someone. An arrest can be made if police observe a crime, witnesses confirm a crime was committed or the officer has probable cause. If an arrest is made without any of the above situations, the case or certain evidence could be omitted from the court.
